Partner Management Lead

This role supports the corporate communication and graphic design ecosystems, applying best practices on the Workiva platform to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with corporate communication partners to onboard and manage ongoing partnerships.
  • Establish enablement partnerships to empower partners to deliver services to customers and address design-related issues or escalations within Workiva.
  • Develop strategic plans and partner scorecards, monitor deployment health and satisfaction, and collect feedback to optimize performance and achieve shared KPIs and long-term goals.
  • Foster collaboration with partner organizations to ensure cross-team understanding of partner capabilities and deployment strategies, aligning on a shared ecosystem growth vision to maximize Workiva adoption and value.
  • Support and align GTM strategies with partners (campaigns, co-branded content, joint events, and enablement) in partnership with internal marketing and sales teams; track, measure, and adjust the impact of these activities to drive seamless execution and lead generation.
  • Provide training and ongoing enablement to corporate communications partners to ensure their design and production teams can prepare highly designed reports on the Workiva Platform.
  • Deliver exceptional service and promptly address client needs, upholding Workiva's high standards.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Practical understanding of InDesign and design ecosystems.
  • 8+ years of related client-facing career experience – design reporting, partner management, client services, corporate communications or similar.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of design reporting best practices.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing strategic partner relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and advisory experience with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly accountable and thrives independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
Travel and Working Conditions
  • Up to 25% travel across APAC for regular customer meetings and events.
  • Reliable internet access required for any period of time working remotely.
