Maternity Services Leader
">This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead our Antenatal/Postnatal Ward at Mercy Hospital for Women. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and effective leadership within the Unit.
">You will collaborate with other midwifery professionals to deliver high-quality clinical practices and family-centred care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in midwifery and management, with experience in maternity services and achievements in leading clinical innovation.
">Required qualifications include Midwifery/Nursing & Midwifery Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Relevant clinical qualifications and skills, and a post-graduate qualification in management or equivalent are also essential.
">The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with awareness of financial and budgetary processes. They will be keen to bring their expertise to a specialist facility and contribute to our hospital's mission to provide comprehensive maternity services.
