The Client Support Officer plays a vital role in bridging the gap between clients and The Orange Door services. This position demands exceptional interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective and inclusive responses to diverse client needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the team in delivering client-focused objectives aligned with strategic policy directions.
- Prioritize tasks to optimize service delivery, exercising sensitivity to changes in client presentation and indicators of risk or aggression.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency, or valid work permit/visa.
- Working with Children Check clearance.
- National police check and misconduct screening (for preferred candidates).
This role requires honesty, integrity, and adaptability in all interactions. A strong focus on client satisfaction underpins success in this position.
