About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administration Officer to join our team at Cedar Health Service in Adelaide CBD.

This is a part-time opportunity, working 0.5 FTE, with a term contract until June 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing responsive reception and administrative services to support the work of the Strategic Projects and Training team and site staff.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Reception and Administrative Services: Providing high-quality reception and administrative support to the team, including responding to queries and managing correspondence.
  • Data Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including data entry and processing of site information.
  • Client Management Systems: Managing client information and maintaining confidentiality as required.
  • Financial and HR Administration: Processing financial transactions, maintaining employee records, and performing other HR-related tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience in administration, including data management, client communication, and financial transactions.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

We offer a competitive salary package, ranging from $58,709 to $63,154, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you may also be eligible for additional benefits, including meal entertainment expenses and living allowances.
