Job Description

This casual role will provide administrative support to patients and staff in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families
  • Managing patient bookings, billing, and paperwork
  • Ensuring seamless clinic operations
  • Liaising with the team to maintain efficient processes
