Responsibilities- part of a team that works to reduce greenhouse emissions, and drive improvements in energy efficiency.
- contributing to the administration of the largest energy efficiency program in Australia.
- engaging with scheme participants and other government agencies to ensure the objectives of the VEU program are achieved.
The Compliance Analyst will:
- conduct compliance investigations and site inspections into potential regulatory breaches.
- research, gather and review evidence, analyse and interpret complex information to support the division's work.
- draft correspondence, briefings, decisions, notices, industry guidance, papers and reports.
- prepare recommendations for compliance and enforcement action.
- provide project management support and manage aspects of projects.
- work with accredited persons and scheme participants to remediate non-compliance and promote compliance.

This is a fixed term position until 1 September 2027. The work location for this position is 570 Bourke Street, Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
