Structural Engineering Opportunities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced structural engineer to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering structural engineering solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop structural engineering designs and solutions for ports and marine projects
  • Collaborate with national teams to deliver projects across various regions
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and internal teams
  • Review and approve technical structural designs to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Structural or Marine Engineering
  • Extensive experience in a consulting environment on projects involving jetties, wharves, cranes, fender systems, mooring analysis, and other ports projects
  • Strong understanding of coastal infrastructure, including erosion, breakwaters, and ramps
  • Chartered Status and Registered as a Professional Engineer in Victoria (ideally)
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to support others
