The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Fostering a positive and productive work environment by leading and motivating the team;
  • Overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of business procedures and maintaining high standards of quality control;
  • Cultivating strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders through excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Ensuring accurate inventory management, stock control, and timely communication of concerns to higher management;
  • Providing ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge;
  • Coordinating scheduling, making adjustments as needed to meet business demands;
