Regional Service Operations Manager

Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary package between $70,000 - $75,000 + 11.5% Super, ensuring our team members are rewarded for their hard work and commitment.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of client service and operational excellence as a Client Services Team Leader at ACS Property Services. Key responsibilities include:
- Fostering strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular site inspections.
- Managing stock levels and performance according to contract guidelines.
- Addressing client feedback and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Ensuring client needs are met through consistent, high-quality service and timely communication.
- Identifying opportunities for additional services and promoting them to clients.
- Participating in tender walk-throughs and contributing to business growth.
- Adhering to company and industry standards for health, safety, and environmental practices.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the cleaning or facilities management sector.
- A valid Australian Driver's Licence.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- A customer-focused attitude with a proactive, self-starting approach.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
