Role Summary:

The Cafe Manager is a leadership position that requires a skilled professional to oversee the daily operations of a cafe. This individual will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and analyzing financial performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of motivated employees
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, growth, and efficiency
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members
  • Ensure every customer receives outstanding service and leaves with a positive impression of the cafe
  • Address and resolve customer feedback professionally and promptly
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during peak hours
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the cafe
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability
  • Implement strategies to improve revenue, control costs, and meet business targets

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in a cafe or hospitality setting
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and reporting
