This role is responsible for technical alignment (identification and remediation) to reduce client incidents/tickets and the time spent addressing them. It's a truly proactive potential problem identification and remediation role that's closely aligned with ITIL Problem Management.
",We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Technical Alignment Manager to join our expanding team in Melbourne. This role will require you to act as the hands-on IT Infrastructure manager for a number of clients, standardizing their IT environment, making it more stable and capable, while identifying and communicating risks and improvement opportunities.

", "- Create and maintain a standardization infrastructure audit checklist to ensure high standards in clients' environments
- Develop templates and standards that benefit others in the organization
Role Requirements:
", "The successful candidate will have strong experience across various technologies, including MS Windows Server Administration, Exchange Server, SQL Server Administration, Hyper-V & VMWare Administration, Networking Skills, Troubleshooting skills, and Desktop Support.
", "Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience with creating, documenting, and implementing standardization across client environments, as well as Service ticketing systems experience (preferably Autotask), Remote monitoring & management systems experience (preferably N-Able), and Documentation systems experience (preferably ITGlue, SharePoint).
", "The Technical Alignment Manager will be required to work closely with the delivery team, identify risks and sales opportunities, and communicate them effectively. This role also requires the ability to define, uplift, and improve standards across various infrastructure devices in client environments.
