The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and team-oriented individual to join our JT Surf Gawler Store in a casual role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and fashion, and be eager to learn and grow within the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to maintaining a fun and energetic environment for our customers and staff members
  • Offer exceptional customer service and unforgettable shopping experiences
  • Assist with stock control and uphold elevated visual merchandising standards
  • Achieve and exceed store sales targets and other KPIs
  • Maintain high standards around the entire store operations, including cleanliness and safety

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills in person and over the phone
  • Able to perform all retail floor functions, including standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, stocking and retrieving merchandise, and unloading shipments
  • Retail experience in high-volume and fast-paced environments is desirable
  • Available to work late nights
  • Available to work Saturday and Sundays, and some public holidays
