We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Services Coordinator to join our team. As a Support Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily activities such as showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication monitoring
- Provide companionship and social support to clients
- Assist clients with meal preparation and housekeeping
- Transport clients to appointments and engage in social activities
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
