We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale solar farm in regional NSW. This is a full-time employed position with an initial 12-month contract, offering the chance to play a key role in one of the state's major renewable energy developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day management of the solar farm project from mobilisation through delivery
  • Manage contractors, consultants, and subcontractors across all stages of construction
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and performance targets
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Provide clear reporting on project performance to senior management and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues
  • Drive risk management and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects (solar, wind, BESS highly regarded)
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety management, and project controls
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive outcomes under pressure
  • Relevant qualifications in engineering, project management, or construction management
