Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator - Solar Farm Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate heavy machinery to lift, move, and place structural components including steel posts, racking systems, and solar modules.
  • Assist the installation crew by staging and distributing materials to designated areas.
  • Conduct daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance of equipment.
  • Adhere to site safety procedures, traffic management plans, and environmental protocols.
  • Support general site duties as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • White Card (Construction Induction) and Heavy Machinery Ticket
  • Minimum 1 year of experience operating similar machinery on civil or solar projects.
  • Strong understanding of load handling, lifting operations, and machine capabilities.
  • Ability to work in remote locations and outdoor environments.

Position Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to support solar farm construction projects. This role requires strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and productivity.
