At our organisation, we strive to deliver impactful internal and external communications that drive real change. We're seeking a skilled Brand Communications Specialist to join our team and help us achieve this goal.

About the Role
  • Create and manage content across various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and internal channels
  • Support the development of media relations strategies, campaigns, and events that enhance our brand and visibility
  • Monitor engagement metrics and contribute to reporting to ensure we're meeting our goals
  • Maintain brand consistency and inclusive communications that resonate with our target audience
  • Collaborate across teams to support organisational initiatives and drive business outcomes
Your Background
  • Tertiary qualifications in Communications, PR, or Marketing are essential
  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in a similar role is required
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on inclusive communication and creative flair
  • Experience with digital platforms, social media, and CMS tools is highly desirable
Bonus Points
  • Previous experience in housing, homelessness, or community service would be an asset
  • Basic design or video content creation and editing skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) would be a plus
