Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to provide generalist HR advice and support to frontline leaders across various departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple priorities, implementing HR systems and processes, and supporting the development of initiatives guided by the 2025 People and Operating Plans.

About the Role
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to frontline leaders on employee matters, recruitment, learning & development, recognition, and HR systems.
  • Support the implementation of HR systems and processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and aligned with best practice.
  • Partner with the broader People and Culture team to develop and implement initiatives that drive business performance and achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, providing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR principles and contemporary practices across multiple HR disciplines.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Agreements and awards, as well as relevant legislation such as Equal Opportunity Act and Anti-Discrimination Act.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
