We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our People and Culture team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting the growth and development of our employees.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing generalist advice, coaching, and guidance to People Leaders and employees on a variety of people matters. This will include ensuring that HR service level agreements are achieved, while providing a consistent, timely, and professional service to all internal colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate workflow within the People Advisory and People Partner Processes.
  2. Monitor and manage query volumes, response times, and performance to SLAs.
  3. Be responsible for case management of queries that can be complex in nature and are received through Workday or the People Advisory inbox.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  1. Previous experience in a similar role in HR service delivery.
  2. Experience using Workday HRIS will be highly regarded.
  3. Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or similar.
  4. The ability to partner with People Leaders across the organisation to provide support, coaching, and advice.
