Key Farm Equipment Mechanic Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced farm equipment mechanic to join our team on a large agricultural property in Western Australia.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and safety of farm equipment.
  • Collaborate with farm operators to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Work efficiently to meet repair deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Keep accurate records of repairs, parts, and labor.
  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, and related components.
  • Servicing tractors, trucks, earthmoving equipment, ATVs, UTVs, farm utes, and other farm machinery.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a diesel mechanic, a qualification in heavy vehicle mechanics, a forklift license, and some welding skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
