About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Enrolled Nurse to work in a dynamic environment, delivering safe and evidence-based nursing care to individuals and groups under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients, following established protocols and guidelines;
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to support patient care needs and achieve quality outcomes;
  • Act as a role model for safe practice and maintain a high standard of professionalism;
  • Administer medications according to state law and organizational policy, ensuring patient safety and well-being;
  • Demonstrate ongoing commitment to professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and research;

Essential Criteria:

  • Authority to work in Australia;
  • Working with Children check;
  • Current Registration (no restriction) with AHPRA;
  • Compliance with ACQSHC National standards;
  • Advanced level of clinical skills (desired);
  • Previous experience working as an Enrolled Nurse in a hospital environment is essential;
  • Commitment to quality patient care;
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet objectives and timelines;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills;
  • Able to work on our rotational roster in this part-time role.
