Senior Nurse Practitioner

At Regis Aged Care, we're committed to providing exceptional care to our residents. As a Senior Nurse Practitioner, you'll play a key role in delivering person-centred care, working closely with our dedicated team to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Lead and coordinate care outcomes, ensuring our residents receive the best possible support.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans, taking into account individual needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with our carers to deliver our Continuity of Carer model, promoting trust and relationships between residents and their care teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including admission assessments, care plans, interventions, and progress notes.
- Work in partnership with our Clinical Support Specialist team to ensure the best possible care outcomes.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:
A Bachelor of Nursing degree or recognized equivalent qualification.Current AHPRA registration (Nursing).Experience in complex nursing clinical services and/or aged care setting, hospitals or community care.Experience in geriatric medicine, palliative care or rehabilitation is highly desirable.About Regis Aged Care
