Product Leadership Role

The role of Product Manager at our organisation is a pivotal position that demands strong leadership skills and experience in spearheading large-scale transformation programs.


This key position will be responsible for providing guidance, management, and direction to a team of product owners across the programme.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct product owners across the program
  • Deliver outcomes by leveraging people, technology, data, law, and policy
  • Modernise our registers, data, and user interfaces in line with our organisational principles
  • Prioritise delivery of director and data features based on user needs and feasibility
  • Represent user data needs to ensure consumer-focused product design
  • Enhance UX using data insights to drive engagement and measurable impact
  • Collaborate with our teams and partners to deliver quality products
  • Advise on UX, UI, and accessibility design
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organisational standards

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or experience leading large transformation programs
  • Background in IT, Business, or Communications with product and change management expertise
  • Proven delivery of complex, enterprise-wide programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of our organisational strategy and operating model
  • Skilled in leveraging our IT infrastructure to improve processes
  • Effective influencer across all organisational levels
  • Able to bridge business needs and technology constraints
  • Strong decision-making in high-pressure, competing priority environments
  • Balanced focus on business and IT strategy, automation, and service delivery
  • Experienced in managing people, process, and behavioural change initiatives
