Equipment Maintenance Supervisor

The Equipment Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the maintenance functions across the region.
- Responsible for defining, building, and implementing the overall maintenance strategy including service exchange.
- Manage and lead the maintenance team consisting of coordinators, administrators, planners and technical support specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet KPIs in relation to customer quote delivery, financial performance, particular job cost or customer quotes and DIFOT.
- Act as the deputy to the regional service center manager, filling in when required.
- Identify new maintenance opportunities, build valuable partnerships, and expand market reach to drive revenue and company growth.
- Maintain positive relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
- Travel is expected in this role. Volumes will vary based on the requirements of the role.
Requirements:
- A commitment to safety and fostering an inclusive work environment.
- Be a professional with a strong background in engineering, metallurgy, plant operations, or services to the industry in the fixed plant arena.
- A proven track record in managing the maintenance of large industrial equipment.
- Solid sales/business development experience within the region.
