About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Rental Associate to join our team. As a Sales and Rental Associate, you will be responsible for helping customers through the selling and renting of musical instruments and gear.

  • Help customers find the perfect instrument or equipment to match their needs and skill level.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Demonstrate products and explain their features and benefits to customers.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow up on product orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in store maintenance and warehouse duties to ensure a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A passion for music and a strong understanding of musical instruments.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • The ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and move equipment as needed.
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is an asset but not required.
