Job Title: Procurement Expertise SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled procurement professional to lead the development and implementation of procurement plans and systems, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the success of ongoing and upcoming projects.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes and contracts for various projects and programs.
  • Provide sound advice on tender evaluation plans and manage high-risk and complex procurement processes.
  • Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Provide training to ensure compliance with contracts, tenders, policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Refine and improve existing systems and procedures to ensure best practices.
  • Develop and present reports to management to inform decision-making.
Selection Criteria:
  • Background in procurement, contract management, commercial finance, legal, or similar fields.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and engagement skills, along with high-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness and ability to mentor others.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
