Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Mixer Operator to join our manufacturing team. As a trusted name in load-bearing permanent formwork solutions, our company delivers proprietary wall and framing systems to the Australian construction industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operate industrial mixers to blend raw materials per formulation and schedule.
  • Maintain consistency and quality of mixed materials throughout production.
  • Load and unload materials using forklifts or hoists.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of mixing equipment.
  • Record batch data, monitor processes, and report any variations.
  • Assist in troubleshooting equipment or quality-related issues.
Necessary Qualifications:
  • Experience in manufacturing or mixing roles (building materials/industrial preferred).
  • Ability to follow batch instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Physical fitness - capable of lifting up to 20kg comfortably.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Forklift Licence (desirable but not essential).
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
  • Pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol test.
