Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Servicing Manager to join our team of professionals in Western Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating building services, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire protection, and communications.

About the Role

As a Servicing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design, installation, integration, and commissioning of all services on site.

You will work closely with project and site teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services that meet program, budget, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, installation, integration, and commissioning of all services
  • Review documentation for design conflicts and provide buildability solutions
  • Manage the services program in alignment with the overall construction schedule
  • Ensure full compliance with industry standards and project specifications
  • Lead inspections, commissioning, and defect management processes
  • Support procurement and cost control of services trades
  • Enforce safety practices and proactively manage risk
  • Act as the key contact for all services-related matters, internally and externally
About You
  • 5–8+ years' experience in a Servicing Manager or Services Coordination role within commercial construction
  • Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire services
  • Proven experience delivering complex, multi-service projects from design through to handover
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Proficient with construction management software and Microsoft Office
  • Tertiary qualifications in Building Services, Construction Management or Engineering (desirable)
