The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Digital team, who will lead retention and loyalty initiatives for our Fulfilment proposition. As a key member of our growth team, you will drive customer engagement and sales growth by leveraging personalised marketing strategies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute CRM/RFM strategies to drive growth and retention of existing customers.
  • Use customer insights and financial modelling to inform marketing decisions and optimise retention efforts.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and success of your strategy.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to ensure continued adoption and engagement of our product via retention initiatives.
  • Source and analyse market and competitive insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Extensive experience running complex cross-functional GTM launches and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong experience crafting compelling positioning and messaging that drives product awareness, adoption, and growth.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
