The Role

As an Management Systems Officer, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of our Integrated Management System (IMS) across Quality, Safety and Environmental functions.
This role ensures that our IMS is clear, concise, and actionable and aligns with international standards, regulatory requirements, and organisational objectives.
You will provide leadership, support, and expertise to embed a strong culture of Quality, Safety and Environmental responsibility from frontline to leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of Bills of Materials, specifications and key quality systems including audits, reviews and continuous improvement
  • Partnering with specialists to optimise processes, quality plans, sanitation programs, and competency assessments
  • Ensuring systems are risk-based, simple, and enable innovation, productivity and 'right first time' quality
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience in Quality, Safety or Environmental role within cosmetics, pharma or FMCG
  • ISO 9001 / 22716 / HACCP training; Science or Engineering degree desirable
  • Collaborative, accountable and safety-focused approach
  • Excellent problem-solving, data analysis and communication skills
