Join the ResMed Product Sustainability team today
ResMed is a global leader in connected devices and digital health. We help millions of people sleep, breathe and live better lives. Are you ready to help fuel our growth?
Changing lives with every breath is part of our DNA. After thirty years we are still so consumed with solving for problems that are not only relevant today, but also tomorrow. Whether it's through our pioneering technology, or our innovative product solutions; it's essential that sustainability is at the centre of ResMed Design. For thirty years we haven't left a stone unturned in improving the lives of those that use our products and solutions. However, never before has the obligation been greater for us to imagine and deliver what the future holds, and to do so sustainably.
As ResMed continues to evolve with the future of healthcare, our customer-centric organization is focused creating products that help the world breathe, whilst fostering a healthy planet.
Join us as a Student Product Sustainability Engineer
We are accepting applications for our
2025/26 Student Summer Intern Program
within our
Product – Engineering team, with a focus on Product Sustainability.
The 12-week program offers the opportunity to kick start your engineering career by obtaining a experience in a dynamic work environment. As a student in the Product Sustainability team (which sits within the broader Materials Engineering Group), you will be part of a small, but empowered team that is responsible for evaluating, influencing and achieving Resmed's sustainability ambitions, with a focus on improving the environmental impact of Resmed's products across the whole product life cycle. You will report into the Product Sustainability Associate Manager and work closely with the broader Materials Engineering teams, the Global Sustainability teams and various Product teams.
We're looking for curious minds with leadership potential who are ready to become change agents for sustainability. Driving meaningful impact within a complex global organisation requires perseverance, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across teams – while pragmatically balancing competing business needs. To excel in this program, you'll need to be a strong communicator, a creative and collaborative problem-solver, and a courageous thinker who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo. If you're passionate about improving patient lives and the planet, this is your opportunity to lead the way.
Shaping the future requires people who dream, think and act, and we recognise that there's no one type. We need diversity of thought and a range of experience. That's the culture we cultivate. At ResMed, you're not only part of an amazing team, you're free to be the person you are. You're recognised for the value you bring and rewarded for the work you do.
Working with us is not just an opportunity to help millions of people live healthier, higher-quality lives. It's an opportunity to shape an amazing future – for our patients, the planet, the company and your own career.
So join us and together, let's shape the future
