Job Title: Executive Chef – Regional Victoria
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in Regional Victoria. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, developing menus, and ensuring exceptional food quality.
- Develop and implement menu plans that meet customer expectations
- Estimate food and labor costs to maintain profitability
- Liaise with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety
- Freeze and preserve foods to extend shelf life
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant Commercial Cookery qualification (Cert IV and Diploma of Hospitality)
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior kitchen role
