Pathology Leadership Opportunity

The Department of Health seeks a Principal Pathology Advisor to lead strategic, operational and regulatory activities across the pathology sector.

This role will provide secretariat support to a key Victorian committee, chaired by the Deputy Chief Health Officer (Communicable Disease).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic initiatives in the pathology sector to support surveillance functions within the branch.
  • Provide administrative support to the Victorian Laboratory Liaison Committee.
Requirements:
  • Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.
  • Comply with mandatory vaccination policy requirements.
