Job Description

  • Oversee daily rental arrears and implement strategies to minimize them.
  • Conduct final bond inspections to ensure a smooth transition.
  • No BDM or trust accounting responsibilities.

Requirements
  • Current Property Management certification.
  • Valid WA driver's license.
  • Proven experience in property management, preferably with a focus on customer satisfaction.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
