Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide support services for older adults, promoting their independence and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily personal care and domestic tasks to enhance clients' quality of life.
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment, ensuring clients' physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Offer social support and create engaging environments that foster meaningful relationships and a sense of community.
  • Contribute to daily activities and routines, adding joy and purpose to clients' lives.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for supporting older adults and making a positive difference in their lives.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent (or willingness to obtain).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, as well as basic technology skills.
  • Strong listening and engagement skills, ensuring clients feel heard and valued.
