Marketing and Communications Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation.

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Assistant to support our team in Brisbane.

The successful candidate will provide general administrative support across the team, including appointment coordination, team calendars, key meeting support, inbox management, and invoice management.

You will also assist with the development of presentation packs, maintain SharePoint pages, work with the team to develop out this tool, and support the administration of our reward and recognition program.

In addition, you will plan and execute events, including management of event logistics, sponsorships, and reporting back to relevant department heads.

To be successful in this role, you will need 5 years of experience in a similar Marketing and Communications Assistant role, advanced computing skills in Microsoft 365 environment, and experience in event management software.
