Business Partner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner to play a key role in our finance team. As a senior member, you will collaborate closely with executives and managers to provide insightful financial guidance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic business plans aligned with meaningful performance metrics.
  • Partner with operations to understand cost drivers and value analysis.
  • Create effective forecasting, budgeting, and reporting tools.
  • Produce detailed reports highlighting key issues and providing context behind the numbers.
  • IDentify risks and opportunities, providing clear analysis for informed decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and systems.
About You:
  • CA/CPA qualified with experience in business partnering and performance reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate numbers into commercial insights.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Curiosity to learn from operations and understand the business beyond the numbers.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to deliver long-term value.
