About the Role

The Financial Resource Strategist plays a critical role in leading the development and implementation of departmental budgets and associated costing methodologies. This position reports to the Director, Financial Strategy and Advice.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize budget allocation and ensure effective resource utilization.
  • Administer appropriations and allowances to various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Engage proactively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving services, information, and tools provided by the department.
  • Analyze and provide advice on organizational financial and budgetary performance.
