Job Opportunity:

A seasoned Site Manager is required to oversee the delivery of complex construction projects across Melbourne.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage site operations for multi-dwelling and SDA housing projects
  • Lead construction in line with program, safety protocols, and relevant building standards
  • Ensure site compliance with OH&S, BCA, and other regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate trades, site teams, and project timelines effectively
  • Oversee site safety, cleanliness, inductions, and inspections regularly
  • Liaise with project managers, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth project progression
  • Communicate directly with clients to facilitate a successful handover

Requirements:

  • 5–10+ years' experience delivering custom builds or multi-unit housing projects
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Solid knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and OH&S regulations
  • Cert IV in Construction Management or trade background
  • White Card, current driver's licence, First Aid & CPR certification
  • Strong Microsoft Project and documentation skills
