Registered Nurse Opportunity Available
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes and communities. As a home health nurse, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and administering medications as prescribed by physicians.
Responsibilities- Conducting thorough patient evaluations to assess physical and emotional health
- Creating personalized care plans based on physician orders and clinical best practices
- Administering medications, injections, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed
- Providing patient and caregiver education on disease management and recovery techniques
- Coodinating care with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A current and unrestricted RN license in Australia
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to perform evidence-based nursing practices
- 1+ years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home health, hospice, or community health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
