About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Engineering professional to drive business growth and client engagement across engineering projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Business Development: Identify opportunities, develop strategic pursuit plans, and convert leads into secured contracts.
  • Sales Strategy: Drive conversion of qualified leads into successful contracts and project wins.
  • Presentation and Collaboration: Present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, working closely with marketing teams to amplify campaign reach.
  • Customer Experience: Serve as a trusted advisor and main point of contact, ensuring consistent, high-quality engagement throughout the customer journey.
  • Market Intelligence: Collect, analyse, and apply industry and competitor insights to inform sales strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Tender Response: Lead the creation, submission, and strategic positioning of tender responses, overseeing pricing models, technical content, risk considerations, and proposal refinement.
Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A background in engineering, infrastructure, business, or technical sales.
  • 3–7+ years of experience in a sales, pre-sales, or business development role – preferably in engineering, infrastructure, or SaaS environments.
  • Proven success in managing pre-contracts, bids, or technical sales processes.
  • Experience working with tendering, panel submissions, and client engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with consulting and technology product sales is advantageous.
