Leadership and Strategy Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead our Minchinbury site as a Hospital Business Manager. The ideal candidate will drive business development, strategy, and operations at this location.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful and efficient running of the hospital while maintaining exceptional patient and client care standards.

  • Financial Leadership: Responsible for financial reporting and budgeting with full P&L accountability.
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies and growth initiatives.
  • Team Support & Development: Work closely with recruitment and front-line teams to support staff development and resource allocation.
  • Marketing & Partnerships: Collaborate with the National Marketing team to drive marketing efforts and build strong relationships with referring veterinary partners.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with other hospital managers and the leadership team to optimize efficiency, profitability, and business alignment.
