Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned transformation leader to spearhead our technology integration efforts.

This is a high-visibility role that will oversee the planning and execution of our technology modernisation strategy across multiple initiatives, leveraging global providers to drive innovation and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading large-scale transformation programs, with a proven track record of success in technology program management.

A strong understanding of technology architecture and solution design is essential, as well as experience in vendor management and partnership development.

Candidates must also be skilled communicators, able to effectively report at an executive level and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Support senior leaders in managing integration progress and risk.
  • Provide expert advice on feasibility, timing, and sequencing of activities.
  • Collaborate with initiative teams to identify and manage dependencies.
  • Lead preparation of integration meetings for Australia with global providers.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs.
  • Experience in technology and/or transformation, preferably within banking and financial services.
  • Strong technology and/or architecture/solution design background.
  • Vendor management/partnership experience locally and globally.
  • Extensive experience in reporting at an executive level.
