Requirements

We have an opportunity available for a Technology Transformation Consultant to join our Digital Team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to identify and diagnose complex business challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies that address organisational goals, market dynamics and competitive landscapes
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive insights and recommendations
  • Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to implement and execute strategic initiatives
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior executives and stakeholders in a clear compelling manner
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, acting as a key advisor to their leadership teams.
  • Mentor and coach junior members, fostering their development within the firm

Qualifications:

  • Education: Prefer advanced degrees (MBA, PhD, JD and LLB); bachelor's degree required,
  • Top 10 Australian University preferred (i.e. USyd, UNSW, UMelb, ANU, Monash, UTS, UAdelaide, UQLD, Uni WA, Uni Wollongong).
  • Experience: 5+ Years of experience in strategy consulting, and corporate strategy
  • Proven track record of solving complex problems and delivering measurable results

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Exceptional problem solving skills and strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a talent for influencing and leading
  • Proficiency in in industry standard tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel and extra points for Tableau and Power BI)
  • Curiosity and Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation
  • High level of professionalism, integrity and dedication to client success
  • Well versed in the case method and be prepared to provide examples of successes and failures
