Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a Contact Centre role.
About the Role:
As a key member of our Contact Centre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the public via phone and other communication channels. You will manage general enquires, provide information about payments, hard waste, lost animals, current and future projects while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and other communication channels
- Manage general enquiries and provide accurate information about services and programs
- Problem-solve and provide resolutions to customer complaints
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Recent experience working in a Contact Centre or high-volume phone-based role
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and think critically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
