  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the hotel and surrounding community to consistently exceed guest expectations.
  • Effectively assign rooms according to guest requests and preferences.
  • Respond to general enquiries, create personalized experiences, and foster meaningful relationships with guests.
  • Assist with verifying and adjusting billing for guests, responding to their questions and requests, and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new guests through engaging interactions and thoughtful service.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with property management systems or similar software.
  • Relevant experience in a comparable role.
  • Working rights within Australia.
  • A self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourceful problem-solver with a 'can-do' attitude.
