About the Role

This is a critical leadership position that spans across multiple layers of the organization.

  • Engage: Develop and execute a portfolio strategy; drive demand generation; provide sales support and pre-sales expertise.
  • Build: Oversee project execution governance; provide delivery oversight and guidance.
  • Run: Foster strategic client relationships; manage practice operations; drive revenue growth and forecasting; lead staff management and month-end financials.

Collaborate with the Business Applications ADX Leadership team to establish and communicate a vision and strategy for the Practice, encompassing Transformational Application Sustainment, DevOps, Digital Performance Management, and Managed Services Tools. Grow and manage a team of professionals to expand the Practice and deliver value to clients.

Develop and maintain Practice collateral to support sales campaigns, including defining and maintaining a high-quality and consistent pre-sales capability consisting of demonstration systems, solution overviews, certified product demonstrators, project resource models, pricing strategies, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight across a portfolio of Application Sustainment accounts.
  • Take an active role in managing the practice financials.
  • Grow the practice while providing mentorship and guidance to direct and indirect reports within the practice.
  • Co-Lead the ongoing evolution of the Practice.
  • Inspire commitment to Fujitsu's values and mission.
  • Contribute strategic and tactical advice to proposals and subsequent stages of the procurement process to win deals.
  • Increase the Global Delivery Centres' involvement.
  • Contribute to the renewal of existing contracts (where assistance is required).
  • Win new business and increase the volume and quality of the pipeline.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach, focusing on activities that deliver value to clients.
  • Collaborate with customers to co-create new solutions.
  • Work closely with strategic partners to enhance Fujitsu's brand within the partner ecosystem.
  • Think innovatively and act agilely to create new ideas, concepts, and solutions that benefit Fujitsu.
