We are seeking compassionate and empathetic individuals to join our team as Personal Carers in Goulburn.

About the Role:

As a Personal Carer, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to older people in our community. You will help them live with dignity, respect, and compassion, making a real difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care and support to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure comprehensive and individualised care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in aged care.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support.
  • 12 months+ experience delivering exceptional customer service within the aged care industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
