The successful candidate will be responsible for staging technology equipment to support the evolving needs of our customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and improving operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Meet or exceed KPIs for staging accuracy, timeliness, and service quality.">
  3. Improve customer satisfaction by contributing to higher Net Promoter Scores (NPS).">
  4. Deliver services within SLAs, ensuring timely completion of incidents and service requests.">
  5. Enhance operational efficiency by reducing rework and staging costs.">
  6. Provide technical support and contribute to process improvements and documentation.">
  7. Ensure security and compliance in handling network and customer equipment.">
  8. Maintain inventory accuracy through proper tracking and storage of all equipment.">
  9. Support team engagement by participating in meetings and contributing to team initiatives.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Proficient in general PC software and hardware.">
  • Strong customer service skills with effective negotiation, facilitation, and communication.">
  • Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities and prioritisation skills to meet critical deadlines.">
  • Ability to work independently under tight timeframes and deliver outcomes.">
  • Understands and applies HSE practices, including risk management for a safe workplace.">
  • Promotes positive attitudes toward quality, safety, and security.">
  • Adheres to Health, Safety and Wellbeing standards, corporate policies, and values.">
  • Manages multiple and competing requirements across domains such as Security, HSE, Workflow, and Customer.">
  • Ensures complete, accurate, and timely entry of timesheets, job records, and site survey data.">
  • Uses correct booking codes for all project-related entries.">
  • Available to undertake recalls, emergency work, and planned events as required.">
