About the Role:

As a Staging Technician, you'll play a critical role in preparing brand-new ATMs for deployment across Australia and New Zealand. From inspecting and configuring hardware to loading software and ensuring compliance, you'll be part of a team that upholds the highest standards of security, quality, and operational excellence. This is a hands-on technical role ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect ATM units for manufacturing defects and transportation damage
  • Load and configure software according to customer specifications
  • Perform functional testing and quality assurance checks
  • Maintain accurate documentation, checklists, and compliance records
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and deployment
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of ATM components
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, secure work environment
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Solid understanding of hardware and software fundamentals
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
  • Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have:
  • Previous experience in IT support, hardware staging, or ATM servicing
