The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years accounting experience and proficiency in Xero. Knowledge of Australian payroll laws and TANDA is ideal. Advanced Excel skills are also essential.

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for preparing and delivering weekly KPI reports, supporting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, and completing weekly payroll administration. They will also review team errors and implement corrective actions, complete statutory lodgements and month-end duties, and conduct balance sheet reconciliations and manage interrelated entity accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a collaborative spirit, be self-driven with a proven ability to meet deadlines consistently, and have strong organizational and time management skills. They will also be able to perform under pressure and handle ad-hoc functions.
